           -Separate my main parts (intro, main events, reflection) with phrases that show or hint at the passing of time.

 I think I was successful because I used dialog to show passing of time, I separated my main parts. Hope you enjoy reading it.

The Adrenalin

A ear piercing whistle blew “Behind the kicker!” I yelled. It was a early Brisk saturday morning. I was ready to kick some keri butt.

 I could feel the determination and the adrenaline rushing through my body. I was trying to think positive. You can do it Neil, you can...BOOM! Before I knew it all I could hear was the noise of my teams rugby boots thumping on the ground trying to get a good grip.

   “Get up in there Neil!” my dad yelled as I ran up with my team, one by one bodies were dropping everywhere,”our defence is way to good” I chuckled. But I spoke too soon a boy ran right into my attack zone, “finally some action” like a charging bull I knocked him clean off his feet. There were people all over me, it was so overwhelming, and my poor fingers were getting flattened by all the rugby boots.

 When I got home that day my family wanted to know all about it but all I wanted to do was sleep.
