 This is a piece of report writing I have written recently. I'm focused on using commas for extra information and using semi-colons. I am developing using complex sentences and compound-complex sentences.

This term we are learning about report writing, I did learning around writing in third person and how to paraphrase. It was pretty difficult finding all the facts that are suitable for the report then paraphrasing them. I think my next learning step is staying on topic in paragraphs.

This is a recount about my birthday! It was super awesome going to Heads Up Whangarei. I think my story turned out pretty good. I definitely recommend going to Heads Up!

MAD MATHS

This was my score I got for the summative 4B test. I think I did ok but I definitely have a lot of goals for this term, such as measurements, geometry and proportional fractions. 

MORE MATHS!!!!

Today my maths team and I made a poster on how to find a fraction of an amount and how to multiply them. This took us a while to learn this but it was all worth it in the end. 

Just to explain the simplifying in step 2, I had 25/9 we have to divide the denominator by the numerator to get two. Then write down what you have left over. 2 and 7/9.
